City and County Resolutions
When the Guejito was last for sale in 1973 it was resolved that it should be a State Park by the cities of Escondido, Vista, San Marcos, and San Diego County. A state feasibility study recommended immediate purchase of the ranch and proposed further surrounding purchases in the future. Would they still be so resolved?
